Star Telegram: TCU men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon picked up a big-time commitment on Tuesday. Four-star point guard Francisco Farabello has committed to the Frogs as part of the 2019 class. Farabello is the third hard commit for TCU, joining 4-star guard P.J. Fuller and 4-star forward Diante Smith. TCU now has the No. 8-ranked class in the country, according to 247Sports.

ESPN: Players from seven NBA academies around the world and 50 of Australia’s top prospects will meet in the second NBA Academy Games and Basketball Australia Prospects Camp in Australia, which for the first time will be attended by NBA team personnel and college coaches.

Las Vegas Sun: When Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua signed with UNLV in the spring, it sent Rebels fans swarming to the internet to scour for clips of the little-known big man. A Cameroon native and a somewhat late convert to basketball, Tchamwa Tchatchoua played most recently at the NBA Global Academy in Australia, so he was not exactly a star in recruiting circles.

ESPN: This week’s NBA Global Camp marked the first time the league has organized a draft combine outside of U.S. Over the course of four days, 81 players from 38 countries — ranging from 15 to 23 years old — went through athletic and medical testing, measurements, interviews, scrimmages and practices, including instruction from a group of eight NBA assistant coaches and Sergio Scariolo, the head coach of the Spanish national team.
