Nutrition is a key part of your development as a young basketball athlete. It helps you fuel your training, it helps you adapt to the training you do on the court and in the weights room, it helps you recover following training, helps you prepare for upcoming training and competition and prevents you getting ill.

Throughout your development, you will likely have both physical and basketball goals that are dependent on good nutrition. Ask your S&C coach for more detailed support and what it means for you.
